Meet Taylor - our fun, energetic, sculpt queen. A stay-at-home mom turned social media/events coordinator and cocktail server (because she stays booked and busy), she brings fresh energy and excitement to every class.

Her favorite prop? Weights, always. Her favorite class? Inferno, obviously — the spicier the sequence, the happier she is. She's an early bird by necessity (herding children all day is not for the faint of heart!) and she runs on Urban Buzz iced oat milk vanilla lattes because, yes... she unapologetically hates Starbucks.

Originally from Indiana — Go Cers! — she's now living her best Florida life. If she had it her way, all her free time would be spent at the beach with her husband and son. And when she's not teaching or chasing sunshine, you can find her at farmers markets, coffee shops, thrift stores, or on Facebook Marketplace looking for things she absolutely does not need.

In her classes, expect music, movement, and major energy — she'll keep you smiling while she sets your muscles on fire in the best way.
