Her favorite prop? The ball - deceptively innocent but guaranteed to make you sweat. Her go-to classes are Ignite and Inferno, blending fundamentals with just the right amount of fire. Powered by an iced shaken espresso with vanilla and cinnamon, she's an early bird, ready to get your day started with movement, sweat, and that surprise burn we mentioned.

Originally from Fort Myers, she loves reading, running, traveling, and squeezing in adventures whenever she can.

In her classes, expect encouragement, laughter, and that "oh wow, I didn't know I could do that" feeling - leaving you dripping, strong, and smiling through the pain (the good kind).
