Meet Bella — our spin instructor turned Pilates queen with a heart of gold and a zero-excuses burn strategy. By day, she’s a legal assistant and full-time paralegal student (because burn and brains) and by class time, she’s serving precision, power, and a little bit of that unapologetic tough love that will have you questioning your life choices in the best way.

Her favorite prop? Ankle weights, non-negotiable. Her favorite class? Ignite — slow, controlled, and quietly destructive. She’s an early bird by choice, fueled exclusively by an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, who doesn't love a classic?

A Fort Myers girl born and raised, she spends her off-hours walking in the sunshine, beach-hopping, and aggressively scouting new restaurants and coffee shops like it’s her second full-time job. If there’s a good view, good food, or good caffeine… she’s locked in.

In her classes, expect high standards, deep trembles, savage core work, and confidence boosts you didn’t ask for but deeply needed. She’ll hype you up, call you out, and send you floating out of the studio fully DRIPPING.
