Meet Cailen - our resident hype girl with the volume all the way up. A full-time hairstylist and part-time powerhouse, she brings big energy, loud music, and "you're doing amazing, keep going!" vibes to every class.

Her favorite prop is the ball - because why not choose the prop that looks sweet but burns the deepest? Her go-to class is Inferno, where she mixes intensity, rhythm, and the kind of encouragement that makes you push just a little harder. Running on vanilla chai with oat milk, she's an early bird, ready to set the tone for your day before you've even finished your coffee.

Originally from Londonderry, NH, she brings that East Coast confidence and charisma into the studio. Outside of Drip, you'll catch her at concerts, shopping, dinner with friends, or traveling to visit the people she loves — basically living her best, happiest life.

In her classes, expect energy, music you can actually feel, and a hype-girl atmosphere that makes every burn more fun.
